The Archery New Zealand Incorporated, Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held on Tuesday, 4 July 2023, online commencing at 7.30 pm.
We will use Archery NZ’s Zoom platform for the meeting, all current affiliated members will be sent meeting invitations and information on how voting will work in advance of the meeting.
Nominations are now sought for:
- 1x position for one year to complete current term, and
- 1x position for two years to complete current term.
Both are to fill vacancies.
In this email there is a link to a Google sheet for nominating candidates for these two positions. Both nominees and seconders must be Archery NZ members.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the Board, please complete the Archery NZ Board Nomination Form by 5 pm Thursday, 22 June 2023. CV’s can be sent to [email protected]
The business of this SGM is solely for the purpose of filling the two vacant Board positions.
