Further to the recent ballot undertaken seeking to change the Financial Year End date. We are able to confirm that it was passed 61 votes for, out of 65 votes cast (2 abstentions).
As stated in the Ballot information this does not change the responsibilities of the Board or anything to do with Archery NZ other than the timing of the AGM, which now must be held prior to 1st September each year.. To that end we advise the AGM will be held via a Zoom video conference on the 29th August 2022.
Nominations for the Board must be received by 5pm on Friday 19th August 2022.
A reminder that Clubs may make submissions for Service Awards to be presented at the AGM, these need to be received by Administration by 1 August 2022.
