The first time I walked into an archery club I saw someone wearing a t-shirt that read ‘I think therefore I miss’ which, contradictorily, got me thinking.
Archers need a strong mental game and the Archery NZ performance seminar keynote speaker, David Niethe, Mental Performance Coach, is here to help you start on the path to getting the mental edge.
The day will also include presentations from a NZ Olympic Ambassdor, High Performance Sport and a round table discussion with ANZ Board on the High Performance programme.
Lunch included so please advise of dietary requirements when registering.
