Archery NZ presents Team USA representative archer - Crystal Gauvin - 17 October - 9am

Crystal will be joining us via Zoom from her home on the East Coast of the USA and will discuss how to put together a training programme that is right for you. This will be followed by a Q & A session.

Crystal is a 3x World Cup Champion archer who has won many events including State, National, and World Cup titles. Crystal is a one of only a handful of athletes who has been chosen to represent Team USA in both Compound and Recurve.

Some of Crystal’s career highlights include:

  •  winning her first World Cup attended,
  •  only female archer to shoot in both 2015 and 2016 World Cup Finals,
  •  two World Championship Silver Medals (indoor and outdoor),
  •  US Shooter of the Year as both a compound and recurve archer,
  •  multiple National records, and
  •  #2 World Ranking for more than three years.

Crystal is also an experienced coach with a true passion for coaching. She strongly believes in teaching and putting athletes first. She has prepared her students for a range of events - from local competitions through to World Championship events. Crystal is an extremely driven individual and a great communicator. You will have no doubt heard her commentating at some of the World Archery events.

Crystal is dedicated to helping others reach their potential by promoting an atmosphere of respect and motivation and we are very excited that she is taking time out of her busy schedule to join us.
