The Athlete Leaders Network (ALN) is a sector-wide independent athlete voice mechanism connecting sports and its athlete leaders across Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth member federations in high-performance sport. The primary focus of the ALN is advocacy, leadership and well-being across the high-performance system, providing equitable support and access to serve the needs of diverse sports, athletes and funding levels. We are also committed to empowering athlete leaders with the appropriate skills in order to better serve and advocate for their sporting community.
