The board of Archery New Zealand has agreed to grant automatic dispensation from attending the 2018 National Outdoor championships to all youth archers who attended the 2017 Youth National Championships

This means that if an archer Is seeking selection to the 2018 Trans Tasman Team they will be exempt from the condition to attend the 2018 Outdoor Nationals if they attended the 2017 Youth National Championships.

Archers who did not attend the 2017 Youth Nationals in Rotorua will still need to meet the requirement to attend the 2018 Outdoor Nationals or apply for dispensation as per the selection policy.

We are happy to have achieved this outcome to alleviate some of the financial pressure off the families of our youth archers hoping to qualify for the Trans Tasman event.
