Resignation of President

Gary Young has tendered his resignation from the role of President for Archery NZ effective immediately due to work commitments.

The Board have elected Colin Mitchell (Judges Commission Convener) to the role of President through to the Associations AGM in January 2018, at which time an election for this role will be held.

Executive Vacancies for 2018

Members are notified that as a result of the resignation of Gary Young from the President's role, that all positions of the executive will now be vacant in 2018.  Elections of a new President, Vice President and National Secretary will be held at the Associations AGM which will be held on Wednesday 3 January, starting at 5pm (at the earliest) at the Massey Activities Centre.

Nominations for these roles are encouraged prior to the meeting, and can be submitted to the National Secretary on the Nomination Form.

Commission Vacancies for 2018

Members are reminded that the following Commission Conveners will be stepping down for 2018, and elections for replacements will be held at the Commission AGMs

• Coaches Commission – meeting on Monday 1 January (4pm at the earliest) at the Massey Activities Centre
• Youth Commission (formally JAMA) – meeting Tuesday 2 January (4pm at the earliest) in the Pavillion at Coronation Park
