Registrations of Interest are now sought for the Interim Board Positions.
Registrations & Nominations required by 5pm 16th December 2018
The Interim Board of Archery NZ will take office from the AGM in 2019 if the new structure proposal is accepted and will continue to move the adopted structure forward throughout 2019.
The Interim Board members (Archery NZ members) will be appointed by the current Board of Archery NZ with the members ratifying these appointments at the AGM. Five of the board members will be Archery NZ members. An additional 2 Board members will be co-opted/appointed by the Board with minimum of one independent member who does not have to be a member of Archery NZ. The term suggested in the proposal is of 1 year.
The Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson will be appointed from within the Board.
If you are interested in being a member of the Interim Board – please complete the Registration of Interest form which also contains a self-assessment and conflict of interest declaration.
If you wish to register interest in a role on the ‘Interim Board’, please complete the Registration of Interest form & submit with a brief bio on your skills & experience.
*note that these nominations will only be needed if the new structure is adopted.

In the event that the new structure is not voted in, Nominations are also being sought for the vacancies on the Archery NZ Board for 2019:
The vacancies on the Board for Archery NZ for 2019 will need to be filled if the new structure proposal is not adopted at the SGM. The following vacancies that will need to be filled are:
- President (2 year term)
- Treasurer (2 year term)
- National Secretary (1 year term)
- Athletes Commission Convener (2 year term)
- Youth Commission Convener (1 year term)
- Judges Commission Convener (2 year term)
- Coach Commission Convener (1 year term)
