National Target and Clout Championships 2018

11 September, 2017

We welcome all archers & arbalests to come and enjoy with us the 75th Archery New Zealand National Championships & Open 2018. The National Championships aim to cater for all archers regardless of skill level. We would like to see as many archers as possible at the event to enjoy the fun, friendship and competition.

The Target Championships will be decided on the combined results of a single WA 1440 and a WA 72 Arrow Ranking Round. Individual and team match play events will also be held for the Recurve and Compound archers.  Crossbow will shoot TC900 rounds.

JAMA events are designed to accommodate the younger archers with distances appropriate to their skill levels and with helpers to assist with scoring. The Senior & Masters’ rounds will follow the World Archery distances. There will be the opportunity for the recurve men Masters 65+ to shoot the Murrumbeena and Burton rounds.

All events are being held at Massey University, Palmerston North.

Please encourage your archery friends and your supporters to join you this year at the 75th National Championships and to participate at whatever level you all enjoy. We also invite overseas archers to join us at this event along with Bow Hunters, Traditional Archers & NZFAA.

We look forward to seeing you all in January 2018.
