Apologies to everyone that the recent Ballot email can out with the standard Survey Monkey heading of "We're running a survey and would love your input. Please let us know what you think below."
This was not how it was set up or appeared in the test run.
Also for those voting electronically, the voting closes at 11.30pm 12th January 2018.
