Performance Coach - Expressions of Interest

A pilot course for the ArcheryNZ Performance Coach accreditation will be commenced shortly in Auckland.  Expressions of interest are sought from coaches looking to become Performance Coaches.

Performance Coaches work with archers in their District who are targeting national and international competitions.  It is intended that Performance Coaches are involved in talent identification for their district, and to be involved in running athlete training camps within the regions.

Interested coaches should apply via the online application form, found here.

Pre-requisites for the course are that candidates must be over 18 years' old, and have been coaching at the level of a Development Coach for at least 2 years.

Candidates will be contacted by the facilitator, and dates for the course will be agreed with the applicants.

Following this pilot, the course will be rolled out in all regions.  We look forward to engaging with candidates across the country in developing coaching expertise and supporting our Performance archers in achieving success.
