Archery New Zealand Structure Ballot

Documents explaining the proposed restructure for Archery New Zealand ballot were recently sent to all Archery NZ members and the ballot voting papers were sent to each club secretary.

This is a reminder that the ballot is to be sent to the Returning Officer

by September 8th, 2012.

Club Secretaries if you have not received the ballot then please contact the President urgently.

The Board of Archery New Zealand encourages all members to take this opportunity and have their say as we are a body with affiliated members while clubs and districts are recognised by ANZ. Following this ballot the Board will discuss with districts and clubs as appropriate.

Contact your club secretary to have your say.

Everyone gets the opportunity to answer every question.

Questions 1 & 2, 4 & 5, 6 & 7 and 8 & 9 are grouped together as one refers to the proposed structure and the other the current - or if it makes it easier to understand they are different sides of the same coin.

For example with questions 1 and 2 - individuals have a look at the structures and then decide which they would prefer.  If they prefer the newly proposed structure then they vote yes to question 1 and no to question 2.  Or people may choose to retain the current structure and vote no to question 1 and yes to question 2.  People may even decide they don't like either of the options and vote no to both.
